Joseph B. Jerome is a 1975 cum laude graduate of Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University in 1972.
His primary areas of emphasis with the firm are in construction and environmental law counseling, litigation and alternative dispute resolution; commercial and real estate law transactional and litigation matters; and general real estate, corporate and business counseling and planning.
Mr. Jerome is a Commercial and Construction Arbitrator and Mediator assigned to hear matters referred to him by the American Arbitration Association. He is also on the Arbitrator and Mediator Panel of the U.S. District Court, Northern Division of Ohio. He is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court, Northern Division; the U.S. 6th Circuit Court of Appeals; the U.S. Tax Court; and all local and state courts of Ohio.
John D. Grauer, an associate attorney with the firm, graduated from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2012 and from Denison University, magna cum laude, in 2009.
His primary practice areas are corporate counseling and transactional business law, litigation, estate planning, charitable planned giving, probate and real estate law.
Mr. Grauer is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, West Shore Bar Association, Justinian Forum, and a board member of the Rocky River Chapter of Kiwanis. He is licensed to practice in all state and local courts of Ohio.
Anthony D’Attoma graduated cum laude from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2018. He received his undergraduate degree from Baldwin-Wallace University in 2012 where he was a member of the men’s baseball team.
He joins the firm with experience in the areas of real estate, corporate law, estate planning, and civil litigation. Outside of work, Anthony enjoys working on his golf game and following the Cleveland Indians and Browns.
Kathryn M. Obracay, paralegal and office manager of Jerome & Associates, is a 1996 graduate of the Cuyahoga Community College Paralegal program.
She is involved with all the day-to-day work for the firm and handles all the accounts payables, accounts receivables, filings with the courts, and answering all the phone calls.
