Members of the Title Insurance Community:
We have some news we are excited about and would like to share with you. After serving almost ten (10) years as Ohio State Counsel for Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company and TransNation Title Insurance Company, John J. Lombardo has joined Joseph B. Jerome and Associates as "Of Counsel".
John was responsible for all underwriting and claims administration in Ohio during that time, and you probably had some contact with him in one of those capacities. Prior to serving in that position, John had been employed by a national underwriter, a publicly-held financial institution, national real estate developer, domestic title insurance underwriter and the Ohio Department of Transportation, involving over thirty two (32) years of experience in real property matters. While John is still representing his previous employer handling claims administration, he is now available to assist you with any title insurance matter that may arise. Wouldn't it be advantageous to keep that "problem" from turning into a costly title insurance claim? John may be able to help.
Our firm also has and is currently representing Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company in respect claims litigation and feels that we, (especially now that John has become "of counsel",) can service your title insurance claim litigation needs. I and other members of the firm have also been involved in extensive litigation in other real estate-related areas including construction problems and real estate development.
