As a means of dispute resolution prior to or in lieu of utilization of the court
process (with the expected result that matters are resolved more expeditiously and less
expensively than through litigation), our firm offers both arbitration and mediation
representation of business entities and individuals. Both Mr. Jerome and Mr. Pempus have
received extensive training serving as independent mediators and arbitrators. Mr. Jerome
serves as an arbitrator and a mediator in respect to both commercial and construction
matters, while Mr. Pempus’ mediation and arbitration emphasis and experience extend
primarily to construction disputes.
