Staff - Joseph B. Jerome
Joseph B. Jerome, Principal of Joseph B. Jerome and Associates, is a 1975 graduate, cum
laude, of Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and received his undergraduate degree in
Business Administration from Bowling Green State University in 1972. His primary areas of
emphasis with the firm are in construction and environmental law counseling, litigation
and alternative dispute resolution; commercial and real estate law transactional and
litigation matters; and general real estate, corporate and business counseling and
planning. Mr. Jerome is a Commercial and Construction Arbitrator and Mediator assigned to
hear matters referred to him by the American Arbitration Association and is also on the
Arbitrator and Mediator Panel of the United States District Court, Northern Division of
Ohio. He is licensed to practice before the United States District Court, Northern
Division; the United States 6th Circuit Court of Appeals; the United States Tax Court and
all local and state courts of Ohio.
